Underwhelming experience. Some issues need attention

honestly, the room was underwhelming. the bathroom felt dated, and the shower door was too small. this meant water was all over the floor (every time i showered, mind you). only one bottle of water was provided (on the first day!) and no body lotion, i mean, seriously?

the hotel was very central to everything i wanted to see i appreciated this a lot. the room had good space for luggage and moving around i was able to settle in without issue. the staff at reception were helpful and available when i needed assistance. the proximity to transit options made exploring easy

the sound insulation could be improved as some street noise was noticeable

the location was acceptable for exploring the city center.

The air conditioning barely functioned. The room remained uncomfortably warm even after i reported it. staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issue, it affected sleep quality significantly. i also noticed the furniture looked worn and damaged, impacting the overall impression of the room.
